The Wing family is a fascinating one with a very long history. There are several websites out there who have published the entire history of the Wing family, so I'm not going to even try to do it here! This is just my direct branch of the family, and it is one that not even the Wing Family Association seems to have much about. Died 5 February 1942 in Galesburg, Illinois.

His parents were Joseph Smith Wing and Rebecca Pierce Davis.

I have seen his birthdate listed as 16 August 1853. He was also married previously to Amanda Walker.

Married Byron on 17 June 1877.

Died 17 October 1899 in Clayton, Illinois. Buried at South Side Cemetery, Clayton IL.
